These delicate Kitty hoop earrings are formed in 1.5mm square wire. The polished elements reflect light and complement the matte finish. A joy to wear, they move with the wearer and have a lovely tactile quality. Available in a choice of sterling silver or 9ct gold, our Kitty earrings create impact while remaining lightweight and super comfortable to wear. Names Jewellery began as a side project for the founders of Irish Design Shop; Clare and Laura. It has grown to be an integral part of the business, branching into an independent studio space on neighboring Exchequer Street. Each piece of jewellery, crafted by hand, is named after a woman who inspires Clare and Laura, be they family members, disrupters, or fellow makers. Kitty MacCormack was a Donegal weaver and part of Muriel Gahan’s cooperative movement of the 1930’s.
Each earring measures 2.5cm in diameter, hanging off a 4mm circular stud.
